Since You Asked
Using extreme verbal and gestural repetition, green screen editing techniques, and my own looping electronic underscoring, Since You Asked challenged the pandemic’s erosion of sentiment and intimacy in our world. It was a desperate ritual of self-care, equally therapeutic and indulgent. It was something I needed to do, perhaps because—with the world so quiet and our stages so dark—it was all I could do.
